100th Birthday Party. All WelcomeI was sitting in our garden last week, enjoying a nice glass of 2004 Chateau Les Savignattes, thinking about this and that- mostly that- and I just happened to glance up at the night sky. And I marvelled at the millions of stars, glistening like quicksilver thrown carelessly on to black velvet. In awe I watched the waxen moon ride across the zenith of the heavens like an amber chariot, towards the void of infinite space within which the tethered bolts of Jupiter and Mars hang forever in their orbital majesty and as I looked at this I thought "I must put a roof on this lavatory"
Then I thought "how about a party to celebrate the centenary of our house being built in 1908?"
So there we have it. 6pm Sat 14th June. Barbeque and drinks. You can stay over, maybe bring a tent

I never had you pegged as a Les Dawson fan ... but any excuse to party sounds good. Is it child friendly or do I need to start making excuses to the missus now? (saying that the mention of camping would easily put her off!).

Loved Les Dawson... very funny man. I am wearing my t-shirt with pride (but only for bed as its far too large really). My kids all want one now so I will be putting in an order with Capers! Looking forward to the party so will bring tent in weather good and beer either way!
